Common questions about microsoft copilot & ai
Is Copilot worth £24.70/person/month?
For senior knowledge workers (partners, directors, sales leads, exec assistants), almost always yes, the time savings on summarisation, drafting and email recovery are easily 5–10x the cost. For junior roles, often no. We help you pick.
What’s the biggest risk?
Oversharing. Most M365 tenants have SharePoint sites where “everyone in the company” has access to documents that shouldn’t be widely visible. Copilot honours those permissions, so it’ll happily surface that content. We fix the underlying permissions before rollout.
What about ChatGPT and Claude for our team?
We help with public AI tool policies too, what to use them for, what data never goes near them, and how to evidence that for regulators and clients.
Will my data train Microsoft’s models?
No. Copilot for Microsoft 365 doesn’t use your data to train any models, full stop. Microsoft’s commercial data protection is contractually clear on this.
