Business automation and CRM

Get the right CRM in place, automate the manual work that’s eating your team’s time, and connect the systems your business already uses. Built around how you actually work, not how the tools want you to work.

Business automation — four functions overview
Sound familiar?

If any of this sounds familiar

The same data typed three times

An enquiry comes in, gets typed into the CRM, the spreadsheet, the accounts package, the inbox. Same data, four homes, no one source of truth.

!

Leads slipping through the cracks

People emailed, then forgotten. No reminder. No follow-up. Your sales pipeline is a guess, and there’s no way to know what you missed.

❮/❯

Tools that don’t talk to each other

Your CRM doesn’t see your bookings. Your bookings don’t hit your accounting. Connecting them by hand eats hours every week.

Manual work that should not be manual

The Monday report. Routing that one form to that one team. Re-typing the same email twenty times. None of it should still be a person’s job in 2026.

The honest versionMost businesses don’t need bespoke software. They need their existing tools wired together, a CRM set up properly, and the obvious manual work taken off people’s plates. That’s 90% of automation work, and 90% of the wins.
What’s included

The four areas we cover

Most automation work falls into four buckets. We help with all of them, individually or together, depending on what your business actually needs.

Four areas of business automation: CRM, Workflow Automation, System Integrations, AI-Assisted Automation
1

CRM setup & configuration

HighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign. The right CRM, configured around your sales process. Lead capture, pipelines, automations and reporting, set up properly the first time.

2

Workflow automation

Zapier, Make and Power Automate flows that connect the tools you already use. Less copy-paste, fewer dropped balls, no more spreadsheets passed around in email.

3

System integrations

Custom API and webhook integrations between CRM, accounting, e-commerce and marketing tools. The connections off-the-shelf integrations don’t cover.

4

AI-assisted automation

Where it earns its keep: meeting note summaries, email triage, document drafting, customer enquiry routing. Practical wins, not chatbot novelty.

How it works

How a typical project runs

Discovery

A short call to map the work you want automated, the systems involved and the outcomes you’re looking for. We come back with a fixed-scope proposal so you know what you’re committing to.

Build with you, not at you

We configure CRMs, build automations, write integrations and test them with your real data. You see progress every week and can change direction before things are baked in.

Handover and support

Recorded walkthroughs, written runbook, training calls for the team. You can run the system without us. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but not required.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about business automation and CRM

Do you have a fixed CRM you push everyone towards?

No. We work with HighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and a few others. The right choice depends on your sales process, your existing stack and your budget. We’ll help you pick the one that fits.

Zapier, Make or Power Automate, which one?

It depends. Power Automate makes sense if you’re already on Microsoft 365 and need it to talk to SharePoint, Outlook, Teams. Zapier is great for the long tail of SaaS tools (over 6,000 integrations). Make is excellent for visual flows and complex logic at lower cost. We use all three, often together.

What if I already have a CRM but it’s a mess?

Fixing an existing setup is often quicker than starting over. We’ll audit what you have, flag the things that aren’t working, and rebuild the bits that need it. Data, pipelines, automations and reporting, all reviewed.

How long does a typical project take?

A CRM setup is usually a couple of weeks. A full automation programme across several systems is more like 4 to 8 weeks of part-time work. We scope properly up front so you know what you’re committing to.

Do I need a developer for this?

Most of what we do uses no-code or low-code tools. Where bespoke work is needed (custom API integrations, complex logic) we handle it as part of the project. You don’t need to bring your own developer.

Is there a starter package for smaller businesses?

Yes. our CRM Setup package is a fixed-price starter covering core CRM setup, a basic landing page, an email automation, phone/SMS/WhatsApp configuration and five coaching calls. Ideal if you’re getting your first proper CRM in place.
