Things people often ask before getting in touch
Will I get a sales pitch if I book a call?
No. The IT review is a 30-minute working session, not a pitch. We talk about what you’ve got, where the gaps are, and what’s most worth doing in the next 90 days. If we are not the right fit for your business, we will say so.
Do you do remote support, or only on-site?
Both. The vast majority of work happens remotely, that’s how 92% of problems get fixed the same working day. When something genuinely needs hands on it, we send an engineer. No call-out fees on Foundations, Elevate or Fortify plans.
How fast do you respond to a new enquiry?
Within one working hour during UK business hours. Most of the time it’s a lot faster than that, especially mid-morning.
Can I just email a question without committing to anything?
Of course. hello@initialit.co.uk. We answer every email a real human writes us, regardless of whether you become a client or not.
What if I’m outside the West Midlands?
Get in touch anyway. Most of our work is delivered remotely so geography is rarely the problem. We have clients across the UK who don’t need on-site visits and benefit from the same UK helpdesk and senior engineers.
I’m an existing client and have an urgent issue. What now?
Call 01543 524594. The line is staffed during UK business hours and the helpdesk responds in around 15 minutes on average. Out-of-hours emergencies on Fortify or bespoke contracts route through to the on-call engineer.
